THE QUALIFICATIONS, BENEFITS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Enrolment Pack types:

A Consultant may increase the Enrolment pack volume limitlessly. The minimal volume of every Enrolment pack has to be 100 BV.
* To gain the maximal Platinum status a Consultant personally has to purchase the Enrolment pack for 400BV registrating 2 new Consultants with Enrolment pack for 400BV each. Time restriction for that does not exist.

Active 8* branch: TNPV has to reach 5000.
1) Basic Levels
a. 4* Consultant How to achieve: the Consultant who joined TIENS in the European Region and has not less than 200 APPV (Accumulated Personal Purchase Volume for all time period).
b. 5* Consultant How to achieve: The Consultant whose APPV – 200, however the ATNPV is less than 5 000 TNPV.
c. 6* Consultant How to achieve: 5* Consultant who has APPV – 200 and ATNPV – 5 000 PV and more.
d. 7* Consultant How to achieve: 5* Consultant or higher who has ATNPV - 25 000 PV and more.
e. 8* Consultant How to achieve: 5* Consultant or higher who has ATNPV – 100 000 PV or more.
2) Recognition Levels
a. Bronze lion - How to achieve: 8* Consultant with minimum 2 direct structures where each branch has to have at least one 8* Consultant.
b. Silver lion - How to achieve: 8* Consultant with minimum 3 direct structures where each branch has to have at least one 8* Consultant.
c. Golden Lion - How to achieve: 8* Consultant with minimum 4 direct structures where each branch has to have at least one 8* Consultant.
d. Golden Lion with Star - How to achieve: 8* Consultant with minimum 5-10 direct structures where each branch has to have at least one 8* Consultant.
e. Director - How to achieve: 8* Consultant with minimum 4 direct structures where each branch has to have at least one Golden Lion.
f. Honored Director - How to achieve: 8* Consultant with minimum 4 direct structures where each branch has to have at least one Director.

The Consultants with Enrolment packs have the discount for all following repeat purchases. The discount simultaneously is valid for the Product prise, PV and BV in corresponding amount. PV and BV after the Discount are used for bonus accrual.

1. For new Consultants during first 4 weeks there are no requirements for PPV (50PV).
2. When you start receiving the bonus for the Enrolment pack volume of your structures, you need to qualify for this bonus one time per 12 weeks. Otherwise, the remaining Enrolment pack volumes of your structures will be reset to zero.

1. Coaching Bonus is related to Consultants’ structures which are under the sponsorship. All directly sponsored lower-level Consultants will be considered as Level 1, regardless the position of lower-standing ones in the structure.
2. This Bonus is calculated in correspondance to Development Bonus received by lower-standing consultants. All non-qualified levels will be merged to the next qualified level.

1. The right to get Sales bonus volume with basic level (from 5* to 8*) is determined by PPV per financial month. In turn, the right to get the Sales bonus volume with Recognition Level is determined by PPV and TNPV index reached per financial month.
2. Sales Bonus is calculated and paid out monthly.
3. Repeat purchases (personal purchases) entitle to receive bonuses for Enrolment Sales volume and Repeat Order Sales volume.

Requirements:
1. Special award “Tour”
- For Bronze Lions and higher
- Bonus: 1,5% from monthly regional BV volumes; region or country may organize its own motivating programm for travelling.
2. Special award “Car”
- For Golden Lions and higher
- Award: 30 000 USD brutto (single award)
- Payout: the next financial month after the qualification
- Algorithm of points calculation: Golden Lion – 1 point; Director – 4 points; Honored Director – approximately 12 points and once maintaing the active status.
3. Special award “Luxury House”
- For Director and higher
- Award: 500 000 USD brutto (single award, several payments)
- Payout: the next financial month after the qualification
- Algorithm of points calculation: monthly calculations; Director – 4 points; Honored Director – 15 points.
4. Special awards – comments:
- - If the Consultant has recieved any Special award before, the amount of early recieved award should be deducted from the Accumulated Award (“Car”-30 000 USD; “Luxury House”-500 000 USD). If the amount was higher, the award is not paid.
- If the Golden Lion saved 12 points of Special award - “Car” and has received the Special award 25 000 USD before, he / she can get the difference - 5000 USD. If the Consultant has recieved an award of amount more than 30 000 USD, he / she does not get anything.
- - If the Director saved 50 points of Special award - “Luxury House” and has recieved the Special award of amount 95 000 USD before, he / she can get the difference - 350 000 USD.

3. If the total amount of paid bonuses, received for Enrolment Sales, exceeded 70% BV of Enrolment Sales volume, in this case, the bonuses will be paid out according to 70 % of Enrolment Sales volume.
