What is the principle of hydroxyl water electrolysis?

Hydroxyl water electrolysis is a purification technology that uses principles of the non-selective oxidation reaction of hydroxyl radicals on organic compounds. During the process, the water molecules are broken down into hydroxyl radicals, which are the most reactive species of oxygen and one of the strongest oxidants in the world. Having super high oxidizing reactivity, hydroxyl radicals can effectively degrade bacteria, remove pesticide and hormone residue, odours, allergens, pharmaceutical compounds, and other pollutants on the surface of food products such as vegetables, fruit or raw meat.

Maintenance

Clean the water hydroxyl generator head after each use, wipe it with a dry cloth, and let it dry.

A mineral build-up may occur when the device has been used with hard water. To clean it, put the water hydroxyl generator head in a mild, 5-10% solution of vinegar or citric acid (dissolve 50-100 g of citric acid or 50-100 ml of vinegar in 1 L of lukewarm water), let it soak for 60 minutes, then take it out, rinse it, and wipe it with a cloth. Depending on the hardness of the water, repeat it regularly, e.g., every 2 months.

Instructions for use

1. After the water hydroxyl generator has been placed into the water, connect the power cord into the device and plug it in. The device will emit a long beeping sound and all of its lights will flash once. Press the power key once and the device will emit a short beeping sound. The light will stay on, indicating that the device is in standby mode.

2. Timer function: press the timer function key once and the timer indicator will light up a white light, indicating that the device is in timer mode. By default, the digital display will indicate a working period of 5 minutes. Tap the timer key again to increase the working period by 5 minutes for each tap (the maximum working time is 30 minutes). The indicator light will flash 3 times, the device will start working, and the purification process will begin. After the timer counts down to 0 minutes, the device will emit 3 long beeping sounds and turn off, indicating that the purification process has ended.

3. Mode function: press the mode function key to select the desired working mode.

·Grain: press the mode key once. The light indicator will flash 3 times and the device will start working. After 10 minutes, the device will emit 3 long beeping sounds, indicating that the purification process has ended.

·Meat: press the mode key twice. The light indicator will flash 3 times and the device will start working. After 12 minutes, the device will emit 3 long beeping sounds, indicating that the purification process has ended.

Fruits and vegetables: press the mode key three times. The light indicator will flash 3 times and the device will start working. After 15 minutes, the device will emit 3 long beeping sounds, indicating that the purification process has ended.
